These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Future Pace Coaching website and your access to our services, programs, products, communications, and educational materials.
By using our website, scheduling a consultation, purchasing an offering, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your activities.
Certain offerings require a separate written agreement. Where an individual Client Agreement or other service-specific agreement establishes additional or different conditions, that agreement governs the particular service, subject to applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the applicable website features or services.
Future Pace Coaching provides experiences designed to support personal development, self-awareness, clarity, and intentional decision-making.
Services and offerings may include:
Individual coaching and personal development consultations.
Discovering Truth Breakthrough experiences.
Emerging Path Coaching and other ongoing coaching relationships.
Integrative NLP Coaching, Mental & Emotional Release® (M.E.R.®), hypnosis, and related approaches.
Astrology consultations and interpretive guidance.
Workshops, presentations, classes, and educational programs.
Digital courses, newsletters, articles, books, recordings, and downloadable materials.
Descriptions, availability, fees, scheduling arrangements, and specific conditions for each offering will be provided through the website, booking process, or applicable individual agreement.
Future Pace Coaching may introduce, modify, or discontinue offerings, subject to existing commitments and applicable law.
Future Pace Coaching provides coaching and personal development services. These services are not represented as psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or other licensed healthcare services.
Coaching may involve exploration of experiences, beliefs, emotional responses, values, relationships, and behavioral patterns. Such exploration does not constitute diagnosis or treatment of a medical or mental health condition.
Future Pace Coaching does not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions, prescribe medication, or provide licensed medical or mental health treatment.
Clients retain responsibility for recognizing when additional professional guidance may serve their well-being and for making informed decisions about obtaining that support.
Future Pace Coaching respects each client's authority to make informed decisions regarding personal development and healthcare. Participation in coaching does not require discontinuing medically necessary treatment, prescribed medication, or licensed professional care.
We may recommend additional professional support, decline an engagement, or postpone or discontinue services when a client's needs fall outside the appropriate scope of our work.
Nothing in these Terms alters any legal or professional obligations that may apply to the services actually provided.
Future Pace Coaching is a collaborative experience grounded in the client's active participation and personal responsibility.
Clients bring their lived experience, openness, willingness, and ownership of their choices. Future Pace Coaching provides presence, questions, structure, and guidance that invite greater awareness and personal discovery.
The client assumes responsibility for engaging in the process, receiving and considering what emerges, and determining how that awareness is reflected in their decisions and actions.
Clients are encouraged to participate fully in scheduled sessions and mutually agreed exercises, communicate relevant concerns, and exercise independent judgment regarding significant life decisions.
Certain coaching engagements require a focused personal development relationship. Additional participation expectations, including disclosure of concurrent coaching or other potentially conflicting services, will be explained in the applicable Client Agreement.
These expectations do not prohibit clients from obtaining appropriate healthcare, licensed mental health treatment, or recovery support.
Future Pace Coaching generally serves adults but may consider working with individuals under 18 on a case-by-case basis.
Services involving minors require appropriate written parental or legal guardian consent before participation, together with any additional authorization required by applicable law.
Before services begin, relevant expectations concerning participation, confidentiality, parental involvement, and the limits of privacy will be explained to the minor and the consenting parent or legal guardian.
We respect the privacy of conversations with minors to the extent permitted by law. However, parental access, disclosure requirements, and reporting obligations may differ depending on the client's location and the nature of the services.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
Future Pace Coaching may decline, postpone, or discontinue services involving a minor when appropriate consent is unavailable, the requested service is unsuitable, or specialized professional support is warranted.
A separate Minor Consent Agreement may be required.
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, Calendly, or another designated scheduling method.
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to conditions established in the applicable service agreement.
Any fees, session forfeitures, or other financial consequences associated with cancellations or missed appointments will be disclosed in the relevant agreement or before purchase, subject to applicable law.
Future Pace Coaching may consider exceptions for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
If we need to reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and arrange an appropriate alternative.
Prices, payment schedules, installment arrangements, and other purchase conditions will be disclosed in connection with the relevant offering.
Paid coaching engagements may require a separate signed Client Agreement.
Refund eligibility and conditions for paid coaching services are established in the applicable individual agreement, subject to any rights provided by law.
Digital products, workshops, courses, and other offerings may have separate refund or cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase.
These Terms do not establish a universal nonrefundable payment policy.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe when available. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Future Pace Coaching provides services both in person and remotely, including through Zoom and other electronic communication platforms.
Clients participating remotely may be asked to provide accurate information regarding their physical location at the time services are delivered.
Clients are responsible for arranging suitable equipment, internet access, and a reasonably private environment.
Electronic communication may be subject to technical interruptions or security limitations. Reasonable efforts will be made to address interruptions or arrange alternative communication when appropriate.
Future Pace Coaching reserves the right to determine whether particular services may appropriately and lawfully be offered in a client's jurisdiction.
Future Pace Coaching recognizes that clients may share personal and sensitive information during coaching and consultations.
We seek to maintain appropriate confidentiality consistent with our Privacy Policy, individual agreements, and applicable law.
Confidentiality is subject to legal and safety-related limitations, including disclosure required by law, applicable reporting obligations, valid legal process, or other disclosures legally permitted and reasonably necessary to address serious safety concerns.
Coaching communications should not be assumed to carry the same legal privileges as communications with licensed healthcare professionals or attorneys.
When clients are receiving concurrent professional care, Future Pace Coaching may request appropriate notification or acknowledgment documentation to support transparency and consideration of the suitability of concurrent participation.
Clients retain authority over their personal development decisions. When concurrent professional care is involved, provider notification supports transparency and awareness of relevant professional concerns without transferring decision-making authority to another provider.
Any direct communication with another professional involving confidential client information will require appropriate client authorization unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
Additional confidentiality and professional coordination arrangements may be established in an individual Client Agreement.
Future Pace Coaching may request permission to record coaching, consultation, or educational sessions for agreed purposes.
Sessions will not be recorded by Future Pace Coaching without prior client consent and any additional consent required by applicable law.
The intended purpose and use of a recording will be explained when consent is requested.
Consent to record does not automatically authorize public distribution, marketing use, or publication.
Separate authorization will be obtained when required for uses beyond those originally agreed.
Additional consent requirements may apply when minors participate.
Clients may not record or distribute private sessions without obtaining the consent required by applicable law and relevant participation agreements.
Archetypal / Astrological consultations offered through Future Pace Coaching provide an opportunity for reflection, exploration, and the consideration of additional perspectives.
Clients are invited to engage with the interpretations presented, recognize what resonates with their own experience, and determine what meaning or value those perspectives hold for them.
The client retains authority over how archetypal and astrological information is interpreted and applied, including responsibility for decisions and actions arising from the consultation.
These consultations are intended for personal exploration and reflection and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Individual consultations may require a separate agreement establishing the scope, limitations, fees, confidentiality expectations, and other conditions of participation.
Birth information and other personal details provided for these services are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Future Pace Coaching may provide articles, newsletters, books, courses, workshops, recordings, and other educational materials.
These resources are intended for informational, reflective, and educational purposes.
Accessing or purchasing general educational content does not, by itself, establish an individual coaching relationship.
Specific access periods, participation conditions, pricing, and refund arrangements for paid educational offerings will be disclosed when applicable.
Unless otherwise indicated, original website content, written materials, coaching exercises, frameworks, course materials, graphics, recordings, publications, and other resources are owned by Future Pace Coaching or used with appropriate authorization.
Clients and website visitors may use materials for their intended personal purposes, subject to any applicable purchase terms or licensing arrangements.
Materials may not be reproduced, resold, publicly distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
Materials provided during an individual coaching relationship are intended for use within that relationship unless otherwise authorized.
Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
Testimonials and client experiences reflect individual circumstances and do not guarantee similar results for others.
Future Pace Coaching will seek appropriate permission before publicly identifying a client or disclosing nonpublic information about an individual coaching experience.
Permission to use a testimonial does not automatically authorize disclosure of other confidential information.
Testimonials may be used in accordance with applicable advertising and privacy requirements.
Visitors and clients agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious software, misrepresent their identity, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in threatening or abusive conduct.
Future Pace Coaching may restrict access or participation when reasonably necessary to protect its services, systems, or participants, subject to applicable law and agreements.

These may include Podia, Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, and other providers as our business evolves.

Future Pace Coaching is not responsible for independent third-party practices beyond its control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Certain services may require additional consent or privacy provisions in a separate agreement.
Future Pace Coaching is committed to providing its services with care, integrity, and appropriate professional attention.
The coaching relationship is a collaborative process in which the client assumes an active role in their own personal development.
The results experienced through coaching are influenced primarily by the client's willingness to participate fully, remain open to receiving new awareness and perspectives, and take responsibility for the decisions and actions that follow.
Future Pace Coaching provides the structure, guidance, and conditions for personal discovery and development. The client retains ownership of how they receive, integrate, and apply what emerges through the coaching experience.
Each client is responsible for the choices they make and the actions they take during and following the coaching relationship.
Nothing in this section limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
Clients retain responsibility for their independent decisions and actions arising from their use of general website content and educational materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website content and educational materials are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every individual's circumstances.
Responsibilities relating to paid services are governed by the applicable service agreement and nonwaivable legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, Future Pace Coaching is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or general educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other claims that cannot legally be waived.
Future Pace Coaching may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
Updated Terms will be made available on our website with a revised date.
Additional notice or consent will be provided when required by law or an applicable agreement.
Changes will not retroactively alter an existing signed service agreement except as permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
Future Pace Coaching operates from Colorado, United States.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This provision does not override mandatory consumer protection, privacy, professional-practice, or other legal requirements applicable in a client's jurisdiction.
If a disagreement arises, we encourage good-faith communication and an opportunity for informal resolution before formal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any additional dispute-resolution provisions in an individual service agreement must comply with applicable law.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent legally permitted.
These Terms, together with applicable service agreements, purchase conditions, and incorporated policies, govern the relevant relationship between Future Pace Coaching and its website visitors or clients.
A failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
